Great location in the heart of the city, close to bars and restaurants. The room size was spacious and the bed was comfortable, nice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our romantic escape.
The lobby sofas were worn out and the room itself had a dated appearance. We also encountered issues with the hot water, not being able to enjoy a warm shower.

Perfectly located near a shopping mall and train station. Convenient transportation straight to the airport. Rooms are spacious with an upscale bathroom and comfortable bed. Guests can enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet with a good selection. The swimming pool on top of the hotel offers a great view of the city.
The cost of some poolside refreshments is quite high.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the BTS station and Terminal 21 mall, making it easy for me to get around and explore this city. The staff were friendly and always greeted me with a smile, even helping me hail a cab when needed. The rooftop pool deck was a great place to unwind in the evenings.

We stayed at this hotel and we were impressed by its great location, within walking distance to Terminal 21 and the Sukhumvit area with affordable prices. The staff at the reception desk were very kind and accommodating, going out of their way to fulfill our requests. The room amenities, such as the mini-bar, in-room safe, and ironing facilities, were very convenient. We enjoyed the leisure swimming pool, massage services, and sun terrace. The restaurant had a good buffet breakfast and poolside snack bar.
We recommend this place for everyone, though the staff should collect the empty plates from room service more promptly.

I had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza. The room was amazing, especially the spacious bathtub. The hotel's location in downtown and near BTS Asok was perfect for exploring the city. The overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly valuable. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were pleased to find that the hotel had great facilities for both activities. The staff even went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay, providing a free room upgrade and even a water gun to join in the Songkran festivities. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated near popular attractions and within walking distance of public transportation. the staff's attitude, helpfulness, and the range of amenities available made our stay exceptional.
We felt snug during our stay at the hotel, with no complaints at all.

Spacious, comfy bed. Friendly staff, quick housekeeping response. Close to Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, Terminal 21 mall. Vibrant street vendors, massage shops, restaurants nearby. Convenient for exploring. Small, well-maintained pool and gym. Great value for money.
